Fun Run Update!
We made $33,791.86 from the Fun Run!! Thank you students and families for supporting this great effort!
Of that $33,791.86, $5802.06 will go back to our Elementary Teachers to be used in their classrooms as they have need!
The $28,000 left is short of what we need for a bus (a little over $40K) - so we are working closely with the school administration to see how we can best use the funds. We will let you know something as soon as we know!

Fun Run is Back!
The PTF and Cougar Club have joined together to bring back the Boosterthon Fun Run! We thought this would be a great way to boost school spirit and bring back a fun event for the students! We hosted a Boosterthon Fun Run 3 years ago and it was such a treat for the students and staff alike. Booster Enterprises brings in a great team of people to interact with the kids and pump up school spirit. We look forward to sharing more with you as the event draws closer.
Here are the highlights you need to know for this year:
· Dates: March 31st – April 8th
· This is run by a 3rd party company – Booster Enterprises. They have great experience in holding these events and bring a team onsite to make it a fun experience for both teachers and students.
· The Run itself will take place on April 8th, and we hope parents can come out and encourage their kids and see how fun the event is!
· Yes – this is a fundraiser – but it is much more than that – truly an event! (ask any Elementary teacher who was here for the last one).
· You will be seeing more details to follow the closer it gets.
· Questions? You can email cbdsptf@cbdscougars.com
Check out the Fun Run website at: www.funrun.com
We look forward to seeing what God has in store for us with this event. The administration, PTF leaders and Cougar Club leaders have been praying over this since the beginning of school this year and feel like this is the type of event that will be good for our school. We ask that you join us in prayer (and excitement) for this event!

A GREAT NIGHT at our Annual FOTF!
Yes...it was another great night of fun for the family at FOTF this year. SEVEN years of fabulous weather and no injuries...yet another way God has been good to us here at CBDS!
We'd like to thank all our volunteers who helped make this possible! A SPECIAL thanks goes to Julianne Hays (FOTF Chair) and Jenny Edwards (Silent Auction Chair) for their countless hours of work to make these 2 events happen!! Thank you both! Also, thanks to the church staff involved in the success of this night: Nan Grimes, Art Shanks, and Jay Selvey - they all three went above and beyond to help setup and tear down for the event!
We'd also like to thank the following vendors who helped with our success...
